Reactive Discharge Printing

探讨了棉织物以活性染料染底色 ,仍以活性染料印花入色的拔染印花工艺。利用底色活性染料与入色活性染料的电位差 (还原性不同 ) ,选择适当的助剂 ,即可进行拔染印花。通过生产实践给出了该工艺条件和加工要点。

The discharge printing process using reactive dyes to dye the ground shade and to discharge the undertone was discussed. It takes advantage of the potential difference between the two dyes and suitable auxiliary to carry out the discharge printing process. The production elements in practice are put forward.
