丹参及其复方对反复自然流产患者抗心磷脂抗体的影响

Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge and It's Compound on the Patients of Anticardiolipin Antibody-Positive Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion(AARSA)

目的 :探讨丹参与及其复方清热活血方对反复自然流产患者抗心磷脂抗体的影响。方法 :采用酶联免疫法测定反复自然流产患者血清ACA的水平 ,对 42例ACA阳性患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 2 8例应用丹参注射液及其复方清热活血方进行治疗 ,对照组 1 4例仅用维生素E及叶酸治疗。结果 :治疗组ACA转阴率 92 8% (2 6/ 2 8例 ) ,妊娠率为 92 8% (2 6/ 2 8例 ) ;对照组ACA转阴率为 1 4 3 % (2 / 1 4例 ) ,妊娠率为 1 4 3 % (2 / 1 4例 ) ;两组比较差异显著。结论 :丹参及其复方能抑制患者ACA的产生 。

Objective:To observe and explore the therapeutical effect of Savlia Miltiorrhiza Bunge and it's compound on the patients of anticardiolipin antibody positive recurrent spontaneous abortion(AARSA) Methods:The level of anticardiolipin antibody(ACA)was measured by enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA)on the patients of AARSA 42 cases were divided into two groups randomly;in treated group,28 cases were treated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge Injection and it's compound (QingReHuoXueFang);And then only treated with Vitamin E and Folacin in control group Results:After treatment,ACA negative converted in the treated group was 92 8%(26/28),and the curative rate of abortion in treated group was 14 3%;While in the control group,ACA negative converted was 14 3%(2/14),but the curative rate of abortion was 14 3% Comparison between the two groups showed signficant difference.Conclution:Miltiorrhiza Bunge and it's compound could cure AARSA effectively
