中西医结合治疗糖尿病性肾病30例疗效观察

30 Cases of Diabetic Nephrosis Treated with the Combination of TCM and WM

探讨糖尿病性肾病治疗方法 ,将 58例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组进行临床观察 ,对照组在糖尿病教育和饮食控制 ,同时给予胰岛素或口服二甲双胍 ,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药护肾合剂 ,结果显示 :治疗组在疗效、改善临床、降低尿蛋白方面均优于对照组。

Objective:In order to explore the therapy to diabetic nephrosis(DN),58 patients of DN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for clinical observation.For the control group,make diabetic education and diet control,meanwhile,give them insulin or make them orally take dimethylgruanidine;for the treatment group,on the base of control group,add Chinese drug Kidney protecting Mixture to them.Result:The treatment group is better than control group in therapeutic effect,improving symptoms and reducing urine albumen,showing it is clinically effective to treat DN with combination of TCM and western medicine(WM).
