目的 :观察椒枝软胶囊对哮喘的药效作用及机理。方法 :通过动物模型引喘、引咳、支气管螺旋条法、气道反应性测定以及炎症病理变化等方面观察其平喘止咳效果。结论 :椒枝软胶囊具有明显的平喘、镇咳、抗炎作用。

Objective:Observe the pharmacodynamic function and mechanism of Jiaozhi Soft Capsule on asthma.Method:Observe the asthma and cough relieving effect of the capsule over such points as asthma inducing, cough inducing,bronchial spiral strip method, measuring air passage reactivity and inflammatory pathological changes through animal model.Conclusion:The Jiaozhi Soft Capsule has apparent asthma relieving,cough dispelling and anti inflammation function.
