摘要
本文研究几种稀土Pr含量的硅酸铝短纤维增强铝硅复合材料在常温及 2 0 0℃下的拉伸性能 ,并对Pr元素的影响机理进行了深入探讨。结果表明 ,添加Pr元素可提高复合材料的强度和塑性 ,而对复合材料高温性能的改善更为明显。但Pr含量有一定的范围 ,对室温性能有利的Pr含量在 0 2 %~ 0 3%左右 ,而在高温下 ,随Pr含量的提高 。
Mechanical behaviors of Al 2O 3 SiO 2(sf)/Al Si composites at room temperature and 200℃ were investigated for the various contents of Pr in the Al Si alloy matrix. The mechanism of the performance of Pr was also researched comprehensively. The results show that Pr can improve the strength and ductility of the composites at room temperature and more,at high temperature. But it should be noted that there is a limited range of Pr content for the enhancement of the composite' properties. For the room temperature case, the range is 0 2%~0 3%, while the high temperature behaviors of the composite become better with the increment of Pr content and furthermore, no upper limit of the Pr content.
