摘要
对柳林电厂 2 #锅炉制粉系统存在的主要问题 ,即粗、细粉分离器效率低 ,三次风带粉量大 ,排烟温度高 ,制粉系统爆炸等进行了分析和研究。实施改造后 ,制粉系统单耗下降了 4 .6 5kWh/t ,细粉分离器效率提高了 2 .1% ,三次风含粉浓度下降了 6 .8g/m3,制粉系统出力明显增大。同时 ,消除了煤粉滞流 。
Through the study and the analysis of the main problems existing in the present pulverized coal system of the Boiler No.2 of Liulin Electric Power Plant,that is the low efficiency of the coarse and the fine coal separators,the more amount of coal conveyed by the third air flow,higher exhausted flue gas temperature and burning out of the pulverized coal system,some modifications are adopted to the coarse and the fine coal separators, As a result,the unit energy consumption of the pulverized coal system is decreased by 4.65 kWh/t, the efficiency of the fine coal separetor is increased by 2.1 %, the coal density of the third air flow is decreased by 6.8 g/m 3 and the output ability of the system is increased obviously. At the meantime, the stagnation pnenomenon is eliminated and the anti explosion ability of the pulverized coal system is improved.
