摘要
分别采用紫外光、YAG倍频脉冲激光、紫外光与倍频激光复合处理等方法 ,以不同剂量对雄甾烯二酮 (1)转化菌进行诱变照射 ,同时对激光的修复作用、诱变效果进行探讨。结果表明 ,被照菌株产 1能力有不同程度的提高。当菌株经紫外光照射后再以不同剂量 YAG倍频激光照射 ,获得一株高产优质突变株 L- 3- 195 ,产 1能力提高了116 % ,且不再产生结构类似副产物雄甾二烯二酮 ,经 4次传代 ,突变株遗传性状稳定。
The androst 4 ene 3,17 dione(4AD) transformation strain, the microorganism of Mycobacterium HCCB004, was treated by UV, frequency doubling YAG pulse laser and UV combined with YAG pulse laser in different doses and the restoration and effects were discussed. The results showed that a mutant L 3 195 with inheritable qualities whose 4AD transformation productivity was 116% higher than that of its parent strain and produced no androst 1,4 diene 3,17 dione was obtained via the third method.
