Determination of Benzylpenicillin Sodium for Injection and Its Moisture, pH Value by NIRDRS

建立近红外漫反射光谱法测定注射用青霉素钠含量、水分和 p H等品质参数的方法。结果表明 ,校正方程的各项指标均较优 ,3项指标的平均回收率分别为 99.7%、99.8%、99.6 % ,RSD分别为 1.5 %、0 .9%、1.3%。

A near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopic (NIRDRS) method to determine the content, moisture and pH of benzylpenicillin sodium for injection was presented. The root mean square error of cross validation and determination coefficient were optimized and the calibration equation was validated. The average recovery and RSD of the content, moisture and pH were 99.7%, 99.8%, 99.6% and 1.5%, 0.9%, 1.3%, respectively.
