枸橼酸莫沙必利片的反相离子对HPLC测定

Determination of Mosapride Citrate Tablets by Ion Pair RP-HPLC

建立了枸橼酸莫沙必利片的反相离子对 HPL C测定法。采用 ODS色谱柱 ,选用双氯芬酸钠为内标 ,0 .0 2mol/ L 磷酸二氢钾溶液 -乙腈 (5 0∶ 5 0 ,含 0 .0 1mol/ L 庚烷磺酸钠 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 74 nm。方法平均回收率为 98.8% ,RSD1.3%。

An ion pair RP HPLC method for determination of mosapride citrate tablets was presented. An ODS column was used with mobile phase of 0.02 mol/L KH 2PO 4 acetonitrile (50∶50, containing 0.01 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate,pH 5.0, adjusted with H 3PO 4), at detection wavelength of 274 nm. Diclofenac sodium was used as internal standard. The average recovery was 98.8% with RSD of 1.3%.
