摘要
建立了依达拉奉注射液含量测定的 HPL C方法。以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ,甲醇 - 0 .0 5 mol/ L 磷酸二氢铵缓冲液 (p H3.0 ) (5 0∶ 5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 4 0 nm。平均回收率为 99.8% (RSD0 .8% )。在浓度 6~ 5 4μg/ m l范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9998)。
A HPLC method for determination of edaravone injection was presented. An ODS C 18 column was used with mobile phase of methanol 0.05 mol/L NH 4H 2PO 4 buffer solution (pH3.0) (50∶50), at detection wavelength of 240 nm. The calibration curve was linear in range of 6~54 μg/ml( r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 99.8% with RSD of 0.8%.
