5-硝基香兰酸的合成

摘要 在空气的存在下 ,香兰素经熔融氢氧化钾加热氧化制得香兰酸 ,再经硝化得到 5 -硝基香兰酸 ,总收率 82 .5 %。本法操作简易 ,原辅料价廉易得。 Nitrovanillic acid was synthesized from vanillic acid, which was obtained by oxidation of vanillin with molten KOH in presence of air, followed by nitration in an overall yield of 82.5%.
