VEGF、MMP-9和CIV在宫颈癌中的表达及与转移潜能的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、金属蛋白酶 -9(MMP_9)、IV型胶原蛋白 (CIV)在宫颈癌中的表达情况及其与淋巴结转移潜能的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法 ,标记102例宫颈癌对VEGF、MMP -9、CIV单克隆抗体表达情况并进行统计学分析。结果 :正常宫颈组织对VEGF呈极低表达 ,阳性率为17 6 % (3/20) ,宫颈癌组织呈高表达 ,阳性率为60 7%(62/102) ,有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌组织呈过高表达 ,阳性率为89 1%(33/37)。MMP -9在正常宫颈组织中也呈低表达(4/20) ,宫颈癌组织呈高表达(59/102) ,阳性率为57 84% ,有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌组织呈过高表达 ,阳性率为78 3 %。而在VEGF阳性表达组伴有MMP -9高表达 ,CIV低表达 ,两者与VEGF阴性表达组比较有显著性差异。结论 :VEGF、MMP -9的表达与宫颈癌密切相关 ,且VEGF、MMP Objective:To study the correlativity between expressions of VEGF,MMP-9and CIV and metastasis potentiality of cervical cancer.Methods:The expressions of VEGF,MMP-9and CIV of cervical cancer in102cases were detected with immunohistochemistry S-P method.Results:The positive rates of VEGF expression in normal cervical tissues,in cervical cancer tissues and in cervical cancer tissues with pelvic lymph node metastasis were17.6%(3/20),60.7%(62/102)and89.1%(33/37)respectively.The positive rates MMP-9expression in normal cervical tissues,in cervical cancer tissues and in cervical cancer tissues with pelvic lymph node metastasis were20.0%(4/20),57.84%(59/102)and78.37%(29/37)respectively.In VEGF positive group,there were a high positive rate of MMP-9expression and a low positive rate of CIV;but in VEGF negative group,there were a low positive rate of MMP-9expression and a high positive rate of CIV.Between the two above groups,there was a significant difference.Conclusion:The overexpressions of VEGF and MMP-9play an important role in tumorigenesis,development and metastasis of cervical cancer.
