摘要
目的 :研究川芎嗪治疗油酸所致大鼠急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的机理。方法:采用静脉注射油酸方法制备大鼠ARDS模型 ,观察经川芎嗪治疗后肺组织内6_酮_前列腺素1α(6_keto_PGF1α)与血栓素B2(TXB2)比值及丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,光镜下观察肺组织病理变化。结果 :川芎嗪可显著升高肺组织6_keto_PGF1α/TXB2 比值 ,降低MDA含量 ,使肺组织病理形态改善 ,降低大鼠病死率。结论
Objective:To study the therapeutic effects of tetramethypyrazine(TMP)on acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)in rat model induced by oleic acid.Methods:The rat model with ARDS was estabˉlished by the intravenous infusion of oleic acid.Before and after the therapy,the ratio of6-keto-PGF1α/thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2 )and the level of MDA in lung tissues were measured.The pathological changes in lung tissues were examined by light microscope.Results:By the therapy of TMP,the ratio of6-keto-PGF1α/TXB 2 was enhanced and the level of MDA was decreased.The pathological changes were improved and the mortality of rat model was decreased.Conclusion:The TMP has the therapeutic effects on ARDS in rat model induced by oleic acid.
