摘要
以锰280.1 nm次灵敏线作为分析谱线,用原子吸收光谱法测定预混合饲料和浓缩饲料中的高含量锰。锰的线性范围为0~12μg/mL,相关系数r=0.9994,相对标准偏差小于1%,回收率为97%~102%。该方法的测定结果与常规灵敏线原子吸收光谱法的测定结果基本一致。
Using manganese 280.1 nm secondary sensitive wavelength as analytical spectral line, a method for the determination of manganese in premixed and concentrated feeds was developed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The linear range is 0 ~ 12 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient is 0.9994, the relative standard deviation is less than 1% and the recovery is 97 %~102%. The testing results of this method are basically consistent with that of the normal atomic absorption spectrometry using manganese sensitive line as analytical spectral line.
