摘要
选用HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱及氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),采用二阶程序升温,以正丁醇为内标物,建立了测定碳酸二甲酯(DMC)含量的气相色谱法。当DMC的体积分数(X)为0.02%~0.64%时,DMC与正丁醇的峰面积比(Y)与DMC的体积分数(X)有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=0.4427X-0.0406,相关系数r=0.9994,检出限为0.1 nL。对实际样品进行测定,加标回收率为93.7%~97.0%,相对标准偏差为0.84%~1.27%。方法适用于DMC的含量分析。
A method for the determination of dimethyl carbonate ( DMC) by GC was set up using HP-INNOWAX ( crosslinked polyethylene glycol) capillary column, hydrogen flame ionization detector and second temperature programming with n-bu-tyl alcohol as internal standard. When the volume fraction(X) of DMC is 0. 02%-0. 64% , the peak area ratio(Y) between DMC and n-butyl alcohol is linear with the volume fraction (X)of DMC, the linear regression equation is Y = 0. 4427X-0. 0406, the correlative coefficient is 0. 9994, the detecion limit is 0. 1 nL, the recovery is 93. 7%-97. 0% , the relative standard deviation is 0. 84% ~ 1. 27% . The method is suitable for the quantitative analysis of DMC.
