Identification and Quantification of Land Value in View of Sustainability

以土地为代表的自然资源价值问题一直是经济理论界争论的焦点问题之一。作者主要从可持续理念角度解释土地价值问题,认为可持续的价值理念是解决土地价值问题的理论基础和重要依据。在土地供需紧张并持续退化的当代,可持续的价值理念将引导人类反思对土地价值的传统认识,是重建土地价值的重要途径,因而具有重要的现实意义。

The issue of natural resource value, especially the land value, has been the points at issue in the circle of economic theory. Focusing on explanation of land value from sustained perspective, the paper disputes that sustained perspective of value is the theoretical and major basis for solving land value problems, which has its practical significance for leading human beings to think over the traditional knowledge of the land value, a major way for rebuilding land value in the tension situation of land supply and demand and sustained degradation.
