摘要
目的:探讨前列宁合剂治疗细菌性前列腺炎的机理。方法:以大肠杆菌内毒素制备大鼠细菌性前列腺炎模型,观察前列宁合剂的治疗作用。结果:前列宁合剂对细菌性前列腺炎有显著的治疗作用,可使炎症大鼠的体重增加,炎症导致的前列腺粘连、质地变硬和组织病理学改变得到改善。结论:前列宁合剂对细菌性前列腺炎确有疗效。
Objective: To study the mechanism of qianliening mixture on treating bacterial prostatitis.Methds:The model rat with bacterial prostatitis was made by injectig escherichia coli endotoxin, the effect of qianliening on prostatitis was observed.
Results: The therapeutic effectiveness of qianliening mixture on rat's bacterial prostatitis was significant, which could increase rat' s weight obviously,improve the adhesion, hard tenacious and histopathological changes of probate of rat with bacteral prostatitis.
Conclusion: The therapeutic effectiveness of qianliening mixture on bacterial prostatitis was confirmed.
