New Kinetic Measurement for Thromboplastin Generation and its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的:利用凝血过程中的动力学原理,建立一新方法,对人体凝血功能进行更深入的研究。方法:基于凝血活酶生成一期法和二期法的检测原理,利用分光光度计对纤维蛋白形成过程进行连续扫描,并对扫描图形进行测量分析获得凝血活酶生成情况。结果:实验数据显示纤维蛋白聚合速度与凝血酶形成的时间和含量相关,而凝血酶生成与凝血活酶形成时间和含量相关,利用这一相关性可检测参与凝血活酶形成各凝血因子的活性。结论:凝血动力学方法可行、可靠并能提供较传统方法更为直观和更多的实据参数。 Objective:To better characterize human coagulation function, we study and evaluation a new measurement based on kinetic principles. Methods: Based on principles of one stage and two stages method, we detected the whole process of fibrin formation by scanning in spectrophotometer and to know the condition of thromboplastin generation according the assessment and analysis of the kinectic figures. Results: This study, fibrin monomer polymerization velocity and thrombin generation activity obviously correlated with the time and content of thrombin generation . Thus, we could detect the activation of factors which take part in the thromboplastin generation by these relations . Conclusion: It suggested that the kinetic measurement for thromboplastin should be a very useful method in clinical evaluation for coaguation function and could provided more and further directly parameters than traditional measurement.
