目的 为认识和应用心理学实验动物模型提供一定的参考。方法 介绍了在医学心理学研究中常用的实验动物模型及其应用。主要包括有焦虑动物模型、抑郁动物模型、创伤后应激障碍 ( PTSD)模型、大鼠吗啡成瘾及戒断模型、睡眠剥夺动物模型及社会应激动物模型等。结果 了解医学心理学研究中的动物模型制作和使用方法。

Objective To offer some information and reference that can help our all to understand the psychological experimental animal model.Methods Introduce some common used experimental animal models in the medical psychological studies,include anxious animal model,depression animal model,post trauma stress disorder (PTSD)model ,morphine dependent model of rat,sleep deprival animal model and society stress animal model.Results The methods of make and use of these animal models in the medical psychological studies are elaborated on.Conclusion Make use of the experimental animal models in the medical psychology researches will help us make more propress in our studies.
