心理暗示在外伤性聋听力检测中的应用

Application of Psychological Suggestion in Post-traumatic Hearing Loss Test

目的 纯音测听时应用心理暗示 ,配合声导抗对外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者进行听力损失程度的评估。方法 对外伤性聋进行客观声导抗测试和主观纯音测试。如果两者不符 ,根据客观听力检查结果 ,对患者进行心理暗示 ,以取得真实的纯音听阈。结果 5 82例外伤后称听力下降病例中 ,3 5 8例第 1次纯音测听与声导抗结果一致 ,伪聋和夸大性聋 1 98例 ,后经纯音测听时的心理暗示才与声导抗结果一致。

Objective To evaluate the degree of hearing loss of patients with post traumatic tympanic perforation by combining acoustic impedance with using psychological suggestion in the course of pure tone audiometry.Methods To check on objective acoustic impedance and subjective pure tone audiometry.If the results don't correspond with each other,according to the result of objective hearing,We should have a psychological suggestion to get real pure tone audiometry.Results 582 post traumatic patients complained hearing loss,among them,358 patients had same pure tone audiometry and acoustic impedance results on first test.Malingering hearing loss and exaggerated hearing loss were confirmed on 198 patients.The 198 patients get the same pure tone audiometry and acoustic impedance result when they are checked with psychological suggestion of pure tone audiometry.Conclusion It can get real result by using psychological suggestion to have hearing test on patients with post traumatic hearing loss.
