摘要
目的 本研究旨在探讨渐进性放松和腹式呼吸训练在消除考生焦虑 ,提高高考成绩方面的作用。方法 本研究是高考前在鹿泉一中两个毕业班中进行的。在进行渐进性放松和腹式呼吸训练的同时测量被试的焦虑状况及心率变化 ,并将考生的高考名次与平时 4次期中考成绩的平均名次进行比较。结果 坚持渐进性放松和呼吸训练的学生 ,高考成绩比平时成绩的平均名次前进了 1 2 .74名 ,而对照组考生的成绩后退了 3 .5 8名 ,二者差异显著 ,P<0 .0 5 ;另外 。
Objective To study the effects of progressing muscle relaxation and diaphragm breathing training in decreasing the examinee's examination anxiety,in improving the achievements in examination.Methods This research is conducted during two graduating classes before the entrance examination.we measured the subjects' anxiety and heart rates during the training,and we compared the subjects' places in the entrance examination with their average places in the four midterm exam.Results Those students that had insisted the training went forward 12.74 place averagely.And the students in the control class retreated 3.58 place averagely.There is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The trainees' anxiety and heart rates decreased for a certain degree.
