慢支固本胶囊扶正固本免疫机理的实验研究

The Experimental Research of the Immune Mechanisms of Supporting the Healthy Energy and Strengthen the Body Resistance of Guben Capsule for Chronic Bronchitis

目的:探讨慢支固本胶囊扶正固本免疫机理,观察其对小鼠迟发型超敏反应、小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法:对小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响:首先在Na2S脱毛的颈部皮肤上滴二硝基氯苯(DNCB)丙酮液致敏,用慢支固本胶囊干预12d后,再次在腹部以DNCB丙酮液进行攻击,测下腹部蓝染皮肤的OD值。对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响:用慢支固本胶囊干预4d后,眼眶静脉丛取血,计算吞噬指数K及吞噬系数α。结果和结论:慢支固本胶囊可显著增强DNCB所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应;显著提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,K值及α值均可见明显增高。

Objective:To explore the immune mechanisms of supporting the healthy energy and strengthen the body resistance of Guben Capsule for Chronic Bronchitis; Observe the effect of the capsule on delayed hypersensitivity and the phagocyte's phagocytosis of mouse. Methods:The effect on delayed hypersensitivity:Drip DNCB acetone on the depilated neck skin of Na2S mice to arouse sensitization first. Then give them Guben Capsule for Chronic Bronchitis for 12 days. And assault their abdominal skin with DNCB acetone again. Estimate the OD value of the blue-stained abdominal skin. The effect on the phagocyte's phagocytosis:After give the mice Guben Capsule for Chronic Bronchitis for 4 days, obtain blood from orbit venous plexus of the mice. Calculate the phagoindex K and the phagocoefficient α. Result and Conclusion:Guben Capsule for Chronic Bronchitis can significantly reinforce the delayed hypersensitivity of mouse caused by DNCB and increase the phagocyte's phagocytosis. The K value and theαvalue also rise obviously.
