用裂解加氢汽油抽余油增产芳烃

摘要 利用小型临氢装置对裂解加氢汽油抽余油掺兑二甲苯异构化原料的反应进行了研究,考察了正常异构化原料、配制模拟油和抽余油在二甲苯异构化催化剂上的反应性能,进行了工艺条件和稳定性实验,并对简化工艺进行模拟核算。实验结果表明,环烷烃可以在二甲苯异构化催化剂上脱氢转化为芳烃,为抽余油的利用提供了新途径。 Reaction of hydrogenated pyrolysis gasoline raffinate partly incorporated with isomerization feed stocks,was studied in an experimental unit,using commercial xylene isomerization catalyst and technology.Catalytic performance,effects of reaction conditions and stability test were investigated separately with A-raffinate,S-oil and E-raffinate as feed stocks.Technology simulation calculation was also conducted.Results showed cyclanes could be dehydrogenated on the catalyst to produce aromatic hydrocarbons,without significant influence on its normal performance.The research provided a new application of hydrogenated pyrolysis gasoline raffinate.
