摘要
研究了不含有机添加剂的钨催化剂存在下,以H2O2为氧化剂将环己烯氧化为己二酸的绿色反应。考察对比了不加入有机添加剂和加入酸性有机添加剂对反应的影响;溶液的初始pH和预先加入酸量的影响规律。结果表明,溶液的酸性是影响己二酸绿色合成工艺的关键条件。在酸的浓度为0 10mol/L的条件下,即使不预先加入有机添加剂,且无有机溶剂和相转移剂,即可获得较高的己二酸收率。且通过反应路线的分析,讨论了酸性影响的催化作用和可能的速率控制步骤。
Oxidation of cyclohexene with H2O2 to adipic acid,in presence of tungsten catalysts,was studied.Effect of presence or absence of organic additives,pH of the initial solution,and pre-addition of acid on the reaction was examt an acid concentration of 0.10 mol/L in initial reaction solution,the optimal yield of adipic acid could be obtained despite absence of organic solvent-,phase transfer agent- and organic additive.Catalysis of acid and rate-determined- step of reaction were discussed in view of reaction route analysis.
