摘要
对双通道旋流燃烧器出口空气动力特性进行了数值计算 ,并对影响其特性的一、二次风量、旋流叶片角度、中心扩锥角度和直流二次风喷口扩角等多种因素进行了分析 ,其结果与冷态模型试验基本吻合。推荐的运行参数及结构尺寸对该燃烧器的试验。
Numeric Calcul ation of aerodynamic behavior at the outlet of a dual passage swirl burner has been carried out, and many factors influencing upon the said behavior, such as the rate of primary and secondary air flow, angle of the swirl blade, angle of diffusing cone at centre of the burner, and expanding angle of the once-through secondary air jet etc. being analysed. The results are basically identical with those in cold-state model test. The recommended operational parameters and structural dimensions have significant reference value for testing, structure retrofitting, and operation of the said burner.
