摘要
针对石油焦的特点 ,从石油焦的着火、燃烧、稳燃与燃尽、炉内结渣、床料补充、腐蚀等方面对循环流化床 (CFB)锅炉燃烧石油焦进行了研究分析 ,并从设计上提出了相应的技术措施。利用CFB锅炉可以控制燃烧高硫石油焦所带来的SO2 排放问题 。
In view of the properties of Petroleum coke, study and analysis of CFB boilers for burning petroleum coke have been carried out from some aspects, such as combustion, ignition and stabilization of combustion, and burn-up of petroleum coke, as well as slagging in the furnace, supplement of bed-materials, and corrosion etc., and corresponding technical measures in the design being recommended. The problem of SO 2 emission caused by burning petroleum coke with high sulfer content can be controlled by using CFB boilers, and the corrosion of healting surface can be alleviated through reasonable design of the said heating surface.
