摘要
研究了一级煤粉浓度对煤粉无油多级点火的影响。一级煤粉浓度直接影响一级段出口烟气温度和烟气中的可燃气体含量 ,而一级段出口烟气的温度又决定二级煤粉的点燃情况。一级段出口烟气中的可燃气体为二级点燃创造了十分有利的条件。因此 ,一级煤粉浓度通过对一级燃烧情况的影响 。
The affecting regularity of first-stage pulverized coal(PC) concentration in multi-stage oil-less ignition technology has been studied. The first-stage PC Concentration affects directly the first-stage outlet flue gas temperature and combustibe gas content in the flue gas, but the first-stage outlet flue gas temperature is a deciding factor for the ignition of second-stage PC. Meanwhile, the combustible gas content in the first-stage outlet flue gas is helpful to the ignition of second-stage PC. Hence, the influence of first-stage PC concentration upon first-stage combustion has a very important effect in multi-stage ignition.
