老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清瘦素与营养状况关系的探讨

Study on the relationship between serum leptin and nutritional state in the old-age patients with COPD

目的 :了解老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者的瘦素与营养状态的关系 ,探讨 COPD营养不良的机制。方法 :对32例 COPD患者 (分为营养不良组 17例 ,非营养不良 15例 )和 15例健康老年人进行营养状态评价 ,同时测定其血清瘦素水平。结果 :(1) COPD营养不良组的瘦素 (1.5 6± 1.0 ) μg/L 低于非营养不良组 (5 .33± 3.5 6 ) μg/L 和健康对照组 (5 .2 4± 3.4 5 ) μg/L。(2 )各组瘦素水平与各营养指标均呈显著相关性。结论 :瘦素浓度与
