扩张型心肌病QT离散度与室性心动过速关系的探讨

The relationship between QT dispersion and ventricular tachycardia in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

目的 :探讨扩张型心肌病 (DCM) QT离散度 (QTd)与室性心动过速 (VT)的关系。方法 :测量 6 5例 DCM患者同步12导联心电图。结果 :在 DCM患者 VT组 (2 9例 ) QTd为 (78.0 8± 2 7.2 6 ) ms,无 VT组 (36例 )为 (4 8.2 4± 2 2 .2 5 ) ms,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;持续性 VT(SVT)组 (11例 )为 (86 .2 2± 2 1.5 2 ) ms,非持续性 VT(NSVT)组 (18例 )为 (6 5 .2 9±12 .32 ) ms,两组比较也有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;随 QTd增大 ,VT的发生率显著增高。结论 :QTd是 DCM患者

Objective:To study the relationship between QT dispersion (QTd) and ventricular tachycardia (VT) in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) Methods:QTd was measured on simultaneous 12 lead ECG in 69 DCM cases Results:QTd was (78 08±27 26)ms in patients with VT (n=29) and (48 24±22 25)ms in patients with noninducible ventricular tachycardia (non VT)(n=36).There was significant difference between two groups (P<0 01).QTd was (86 22±21 52)ms in patients with sustained ventricular tachycardia(SVT)(n=11) and (65 29±12 32)ms in patients with noninducible SVT (NSVT)(n=18).There was significant difference between two groups (P<0 01).As the QTd increased,the rate of VT in DCM was significantly increased Conclusion:QTd is an important index for monitoring VT in DCM
