The Design of Archives Control System

提出了从档案信息检索、档案传输直至档案识别与存取全过程自动化的档案库系统。设计了档案库的库房温度、湿度、防火、防盗状态检测与控制模块、档案自动识别与存取模块 ,及其相关过程的控制流程 ,并分析了其工作原理 ,提出了具体实现方法。

The whole automatic process, which includes information retrieval, archives transmission, identification, storage and fetch, is put forward. The system model of automatic archives is constructed. A series of modules are designed, including archives storeroom state detect and control module of temperature, humidity fireproofing and guard against theft, file automatic identification and access module. The control flow of correlation procedure is designed, and work principle is analyzed. Based on the above analysis, the concrete realization means are presented.
