摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国的航运业和渔业也得到了快速的发展,但另人忧虑的是相应的安全事故也逐渐增多,尤其是商船与渔船发生的碰撞事故更是频发不断,影响了地方经济的健康发展和社会安定,因此成为海上监督管理部门亟待研究解决的问题。
Along with the rapidly development of our economy ,our shipment and fishing are also de-veloping fast.That caused the accidents in safety are getting more,which is trouble us,especially the ac-cidents between merchantman and fishing boats hitting are often happened.All of these have been influ-ence the local economy health development and social stability.So,the sea supervise department should study to solve immediately.
