摘要
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,汽车大量进入家庭,新驾驶员快速增长,交通事故也呈上升趋势。因此,研究新驾驶员交通肇事的原因,探讨预防交通事故的对策,对交通安全和社会稳定有十分重要的意义。
Along with the continuously increasing of people's live,a large quality of cars has been entering into families.New drivers are getting more and more in rapidly,at the same time ,the traffic ac-cidents are also increasing.So we must study the reasons of traffic accidents which are caused by the new drivers,and also find the countermeasure to prevent the accidents.It has a great significance in traffic safety and the society stabilizes.
