摘要
以杨树愈伤组织为试验材料 ,研究了杨树溃疡病菌细胞壁裂解物——低聚糖对杨树细胞有关抗病指标的诱导作用。结果表明 ,该低聚糖具有明显的激发子活性 ,能够诱导杨树细胞苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)、几丁质酶、β- 1,3-葡聚糖酶活性显著增高 (分别为对照的 2 .80 ,1.99,2 .84倍 )和木质素、HRGP的积累 (分别为对照的2 .35 ,2 .6 1倍 )。因此可以认为 ,低聚糖激发子主要是通过快速启动和增强防卫基因表达的速度和强度 ,使植物体内同抗病性有关的物质代谢增强 ,导致抗病物质快速形成和积累 ,从而诱导或增强了植物的抗病性。
The inducing of Dothiorella gregaria cell wall degradation product-oligosaccharides to the resistant index of poplar cell were studied with the poplar callus.The results showed that,the oligosaccharides have elicitor activity,and could induce the notable increase of PAL,chitinase,β 1,3 glucanase activity and accumulation of hydroxyproline rich glucoprotein (HRGP) and lignin.It indicated that the oligosaccharides elicitor could start and speed up expression of the resistant gene.Accompanied with the fast expression of the gene,the resistant metabolism in the plant were increased,and the resistant products accumulated rapidly,the resistance of the poplar cell was increased.
