慢性精神病患者院内康复效果的临床观察

A clinical observation on the rehabilitation effect of 67 chronic psychotic inpatients

目的:探讨住院慢性精神病患者精神康复治疗行之有效的方法。方法:对住院67例慢性病患者采用形式多种多样、分级开放式的娱乐、体疗、工疗、心理辅导等精神康复治疗项目。结果:应用SPRAI、SANS、SDSS进行康复效果评定,康复治疗前与治疗2月末评分差异有显著性。结论:在院内进行精神康复治疗有利于慢性病患者功能恢复。

Objective:To assess better ways of rehabilitation treatment to chronic psychotic inpatients.Method:The provision of various and colorful mental rehabilitation treatment items such as classified open recreational,physical and occupational therapy and psychotherapy to67chronic in-patients.Result:The patients who were respectively evaluated on the time of their participation and two months using SPRAI,SANS and SDSS.The statistical comparison of evaluation grades showed a significant deference.Conclusion:It is helpful for the chronic in-patients recovey of psychological and social functions by mental rehabilitation treatment.Author's address Shenzhen Kangning Hospital,Guangdong,518003
