摘要
本文从系统工程角度,运用多目标决策理论,对缓解宁波供需矛盾的水资源工程方案进行多目标规划,选择最佳规划方案组合,使水资源工程的实施和运行同本地区社会、经济的发展和生态环境的改善相协调,使水资源工程的经济、社会、环境效益达到最优。
From a stand point of system engineering, using multi-objective decision theory, this paper presents a multi-objective planning of the water resource engineering scheme for relaxing the supply-demand contradiction of water in Ningbo City. It selects the best combination of planning schemes makes concordance of the realization and operation of water resource engineering with local social and economic development and improvement of ecologic environment. Thus the optimlstic economic, social and environmental benefits being obtained.
