精密激光测距仪ME5000是目前工程测量中所使用的最高精度的测距仪。本文主要是阐明它与ME3000测距仪不同的主要特点,测距的基本原理以及用便携式微机控制ME5000实现测程扩展的原理、方法及某些实验结果。

The distancemeter, Kern Mekometer ME5000 is one of the most precise distancmeter employed in engeneering surveying practice. This paper presents its characteristics quite different, as compared with Mekometer ME3000. It also presents the general principle of ME5000 distance measurement, as well as the principle, method and experimental results of its developed measuring range using a portable computer.
