虫草制剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

Clinical Study on the Treament of Chronic Renal Failure with Bailing Capsule

目的 观察中药虫草制剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法 1 6 0例慢性肾功能衰竭的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各为 78例和 82例 ,对照组用低蛋白饮食、纠正水电解质、维持酸碱平衡和降压治疗 ;治疗组在上述治疗的同时加用虫草制剂 ,治疗疗程为 3个月 ,分析治疗后血肌酐 (Scr)和血尿素氮 (Bun)的变化。结果 治疗组治疗后Scr和Bun明显下降 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。

Objective To investigate the curative efficiency of bailing capsule on the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods 160 cases were randomly divided into treatment group( n =78) and control group( n =82). Both two groups were treated with conventionally therapeutic methods of western medicine. Bailing was supplemented in treatment group. The levels of Scr and Bun were observed before and after therapy.Result Scr and Bun were obviously reduced ( P <0 05) after treatment and there was significant difference compared with that in control group( P <0 05).Conclusion Bailing can protect against progression of chronic renal failure.
