Key point meter's function is very important to power station and enterprise's social and economic benefits.It's online fault diagnosis and practical performance states are significant because of too many faults.In connection with the electricity quantity balance,the online diagnosis method is discussed.Based on the hard- ware and software structure of transformer substation,meter's diagnosing is realized.The practicality of this method is proved.
