摘要
设计了一种负压控制系统 ,控制对象为由电风机、滑动密封吸盘构成的低负压装置。该系统由单片机、压力检测电路和电风机驱动电路组成 ,能够实时地对负压装置进行负压检测和调控 ,被成功地应用于壁面移动机器人。该系统也可被用于其它采用电风机产生真空的场合。
A control system for a fanner slipping sealing vacuum cup is designed. The system is composed of a single-chip microcomputer, vacuum detecting circuit and fanner driven circuit. By using the system, the vacuum value in the fanner slipping sealing vacuum cup can be detected and controlled in time. It has already been applied in wall-climbing robot successfully. And it is also usable in other vacuum equipment driven by fanner.
