摘要
全面小康社会建设的重点和难点在农村。文章分析了当前农村小康社会建设应该着力解决的问题,并提出应进行相应的政策调整措施。
The focal and difficulty points of construct comfortable society in China is in rural area.The paper analyse the problems we should solve now about comfortable society construction and give some countermeasures to adjust corresponding polices.
