本文阐述了我国农产品加工业的总体概况及湖南省稻谷、生猪、柑桔三大宗农产品的生产加工现状和安全性问题,分析了大宗农产品的发展趋势,提出了农产品加工发展的相应对策。

The article involves the gengral situation and safety of produce in China and the actuality of three primary agricultural products of Hunan province,including rice,pig and citrus.The author also put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of processing industry of agricultural products in term of the analysis of developing trend of primary agricultural products.
