摘要 采用光催化氧化-超声分散联合法,以纳米微粉TiO2为光催化剂,对低浓度甲基橙溶液进行降解脱色研究。结果表明单一超声波反应对甲基橙的脱色效果不明显;加入超声波后,联合法与单一光催化相比使甲基橙溶液的脱色率提高了29.4%,这是由于在光催化反应中加入超声波后对催化剂粒子起着即时分散的作用,有效地阻止了体系中催化剂颗粒的团聚。光催化剂用量为0.20%,超声波发生仪的发生电流I=4.0A时,对初始质量浓度为25mg/L的甲基橙溶液有很好的脱色效果。 The nanometer TiO2 powder was used to decompose methyl orange solution in sonophotocatalytic experiments. The experimental results showed that the methyl orange solution was hardly decomposed in the single ultrasonic experiments. The sonophotocatalytic decolourizing rate of the methyl orange solution was increased 29.4% in comparison with the single photocatalytic decolourizing rate. In the methyl orange sonophotocatalytic degradation experiments,the ultrasound functions are scattering TiO2 powders and restraining the TiO2 powders from agglomerating effectively in the methyl orange solution. And a high decolourizing rate of the methyl orange solution can be obtained when the catalyst dosage is 0.20 % and the ultrasound electric current is 4.0 A.
