摘要
提出了与柴油机匹配过程中喷油系统结构参数的计算方法 ,并开发了相应的计算分析软件 ,软件中包含喷油泵、喷油器两个数据库。输入所匹配柴油机的结构型式和基本性能参数 ,能分析出柴油机匹配用喷油泵、喷油器系列类型 ,以及计算喷油泵的主要匹配参数。实例计算结果表明 ,它能用于指导实机匹配工作。
It brought forward a calculation method of structure parameters during the matching of fuel injection system and diesel, and a calculation and analysis software was established by the method, which includes two databases of fuel injection pump and injector respectively. Inputing diesel structure form and basic performance parameters, such as cylinders number, stroke number, combustion chamber form, supercharging or not, purpose of the diesel, rating power and rotate speed, and specific fuel consumption, etc, it could offer the primary matching parameters of the diesel, such as the fuel injection pump and injector series type and diameter of the plunger, retraction volume of delivery valve, prestroke, cam outline, injection starting pressure, nozzle hole diameter, nozzle number, and so on. The calculation result of the example indicated that it could serve as a guide in matching of the practical diesel.
