摘要
针对建筑企业绩效评价方法的局限性,提出将数据包络分析(DEA)作为工具,建立一种建筑企业绩效的二次相对评价模型。消除了由于客观基础条件优劣造成的影响,从而真正反映了人们在经营管理中主观努力程度对绩效提高的贡献。并以黑龙江省七类建筑企业的绩效评价为实例,分析了它们的二次相对评价结果。
In order to overcome the drawbacks of past construction enterprises performance evaluation methods, a binary relative evaluation model is proposed to evaluate construction enterprises through data envelopment analysis . The effect from the objective situation is eliminated and the contribution from subjective efforts to enhance performance is revealed. Finally, the model is used to measure the performance of seven kinds of construction enterprises in Hei Longjiang province and the results of binary relative evaluation are analysed.
