摘要
在介绍知识管理概念的基础上 ,强调了知识管理作为一项管理活动由来已久 ,并从历史的角度 ,将其归纳为四代知识管理 ,最后探讨了适合于现代企业的一种知识管理模式———T管理模式。T管理模式的特点是将传统的垂直管理模式与最新的水平管理模式有机地融合起来 。
With the introduction of concept of knowledge management, it is emphasized that knowledge management as a management activity is nothing new, then from the view of historical perspective, knowledge management is divided into 4 phases. Finally, T management mode, a knowledge management mode, adopted for modern corporation. One characteristic of this model is integrating vertical management mode with horizontal management mode, which effectively unites knowledge sharing with business performance in an enterprise.
