Philosophy and Planning Methodology of Tourism ——Tourism·Tourism Resources·Tourism Planning

针对当前旅游规划领域面临的思想理论问题,围绕旅游、旅游资源、旅游规划三方面,论述了旅游的起源、动因、作用、演化趋势、理论基础,提出了旅游与旅游吸引力"时空异化"和"时空强化"的两大特性,以及闲暇游憩学为龙头的旅游理论;论述了旅游资源与风景资源的区别联系,指出了旅游资源及其生命力"无中生有"和"不断变化"的两大特性;阐述了旅游规划的根本原则,旅游规划与风景规划、城市规划的差别,创立了以旅游吸引力、生命力、承载力三力为核心的AVC旅游规划理论与评判标准。

Facing theoretical problems of current tourism planning field, focusing on three aspects of Tourism, tourism Resources and Tourism Planning, the origin, desire, function, evolution and theory basis of tourism were discussed. Two characteristics of timespace dissimilation and timespace intensify of tourism attraction and tourism theory oriented by leisure and recreation were brought forward. The difference and relationship between tourism resources and landscape and scenic resources were discussed, two characteristics of 'nothing bring exist' and 'always changing' of tourism resources and its validity. The tourism fundamentality principle,the differences among tourism planning, landscape and scenic area planning and urban planning were described. Tourism planning theory and evaluation criteria cored by tourism attraction, validity and capacity (AVC) of three powers were created.
