摘要
从薄板连铸坯缺陷产生的机理出发 ,探讨了钢水化学成分、温度、残存元素、夹杂等方面应采取的控制措施。满足这些工艺要求就可获得具有良好性能无缺陷的优质板材。
Based on the mechanism of defect formation for thin slab,this paper discusses control measures of molten steel smelting,including its chemistry,temperature,tramp elements,inclusions,etc.In case these technological requirements are satisfied,quality strip with good properties and no defect can be gained.
