摘要
在钢管静水压爆破实验应变测试中 ,温度对应变测试系统的影响较大 ,是引起测试误差的主要原因。分析了温度在测量过程中对各测量数据的影响 ,提出了采用补偿方式即用补偿管作补偿 ,以减小温度带来的误差 ,提高测量精度。
In the process of emergency measurement tolerance analysis of steel pipe hydrostatic exploded test,temperature which affects emergence measurement system widely,is main element causing measurement tolerance.It analyzes affecting of temperature on all data in the measurement process,and expounds compensation method applied-compensated pipe as compensation to minimize the tolerance caused by temperature and increase the measure precision.
