高频功率闭环控制系统适用于晶闸管调压、可控硅整流的高频设备 ,具有自动控制高频输出功率的特点。由装设在轧机上的测速发电机 (或光码盘 )反映预期的高频功率大小 ,由数字 PID调节器完成功率运算 ,达到自动调节高频功率的目的 ;利用温度传感器测到被控对象的温度信号与设定温度值进行 PID调节 ,从而控制高频输出功率的大小。

High frequency power closed loop control system,applied in voltage adjusted of valve transistor and controllable Si-rectification,owns the characters of automatic control high frequency output power.Through the speed measured generator equipped in the rolling machine which indicates expected value of high frequency power and digital PID adjuster dealing power calculation,automatic adjustable high frequency power will be realized.Temperature sensor will be used to measure the temperature signal and build temperature for PID adjusting to realize the automatic output high frequency power.
