摘要
通过对国有企业人力资源绩效考评目标、考评原则、考评程序的分析 ,建立了企业人力资源绩效考评体系。重点讨论了企业管理人员、营销人员、采购人员、研发人员和生产人员的绩效考评方法。指出企业人力资源绩效考评体系是企业战略管理的重要组成部分 ,也是人力资源管理的重点和难点。
Through analyzing national enterprise labour resource performace evaluation targets,evaluation rules and evaluation procedure,the enterprise labour resource envaluation sysytem will be established.It maily discusses the performace evaluation methods of manager staff,marketing staff,research staff and production staff.It points out that enterprise labour resource performance evaluation is important parts of enterprise stragetic manageing,also is the key point and difficult point of the labour resource managing.
